Michele Ericksen comes from a family of creatives - you may know her brother who is an art teacher at CVHS and owner of Wilson Ceramics. She spent her youth, college career, and early 20s training as a dancer.
For over a decade she worked in arts management for theater and dance companies in New York City and the Hamptons until being let go when COVID shut down the entire performing arts industry. Taking that opportunity to finish her MBA and reframe her life as a stay at home mom, Michele began slowly turning her passion for sewing and crafting into a small business during nap times and in between diaper changes.
She focuses most of her work on items she wants for her kids, things she likes to gift, and items that highlight the stresses of “mom life.”
